We have had a full 5 days of reflection. Today, we focus on the messages we receive from our body and make a spiritual connection to help us on our journey of creating a new habit.

Day 6

Step 1

We begin by reviewing what we wrote in Day 5.

Step 2

Next, we move our awareness into our body. John-Roger guides us in the following visualization:  “close your eyes and place your hand (or hands) over the basic self  area in your lower abdomen. Extend your loving through your hands into this area.” You want to continue thinking about what you wrote during Day 5.

He continues, “Ask the basic self to please communicate with you, at this time, about how you can improve your health and well-being in the area that you are working with.”By asking ourselves, we can give permission for ideas that may have stayed hidden to surface.

Step 3

We should write down the awareness that we come through while doing this. What do you see or hear? What do you receive intuitively?

Step 4

Using this awareness, forgive yourself for any judgments you made on yourself, others, the world, God, etc. It is important to this out loud. John-Roger’s section in the appendix about Forgiveness provide direct strategies regarding how to forgive yourself.

Step 5

Once the forgiveness feels complete for now, with your eyes closed focus on your breathing, the rhythm of the rising and falling of your breath. This breath-focus helps to bring a relaxed and calm peace. Visualize the presence of Light and Love as you continue with the awareness.
